Please complete our quick survey on youth employment

The Fylde Coast Responsible Business Network have recently been appointed as a delivery partner for a project being managed by Right to Succeed.

Funded by the Youth Futures Foundation (YFF), Connected Futures Fund aims to deliver a 12-month discovery programme focused on identifying the key barriers and finding the possible solutions to the challenges young people face in progressing into Education, Training and Employment in Blackpool.

The RBN will lead a consultation of local businesses and employers across Blackpool and:

  • Liaise with employers and collate evidence of what works locally in Blackpool and what challenges arise in supporting unemployed young people to access and sustain employment
  • Make recommendations to the project steering group on how to widen access and increase opportunities for young people to secure employment
  • Present evidence to the Governance Group and attendance at the Governance Group representing the business sector.

We therefore are seeking your input as a local employer and would ask for your help in completing the following survey which will take approximately 8 minutes to complete: https://forms.gle/SBWBKzT2zDKygvmBA

If you are interested in taking part in a focus group on the 30 November, please email michelle.walker@bitc.org.uk
