‘Thought provoking’ personal resilience session delivered to members
On Thursday 3 February, qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, Neil Sladen delivered a successful ‘Mind that Gap’ session.
In the setting of The Grange Community Hub, Neil helped members of the Fylde Coast Responsible Business Network understand levels of personal resilience and psychological wellbeing in three different sections:
• Brain & Stress
• Thinking Habits
• Coping Tips
The feedback was on the day was extremely positive with attendees providing comments such as, “Excellent content, style, pitch, pace & knowledge” and “Very useful and thought provoking. Picked up lots of tips for myself and staff.”
